Melissa brings extensive experience in business leadership, financial management, operations, and team development. As an experienced retail and market leader, she oversees a multimillion-dollar operation here in the Fox Cities, with responsibility for sales performance, financial results, strategic planning, and team leadership. Her work also includes building strong relationships with local businesses, tradespeople, and community partners, offering valuable perspective on what employers look for and opportunities to strengthen connections between businesses and individuals entering or reentering the workforce. Melissa brings to the board a strong focus on financial accountability, thoughtful decision-making, and turning strategy into results.
