When a participant starts an assessment, RISE may collect contact information, event code, field of interest, assessment responses, and optional notes submitted by the participant.

What it is not
The assessment is not a hiring decision, employment promise, clinical assessment, legal assessment, or certified employment-selection exam.
Who sees it
Assessment results are intended for Fox Cities RISE staff and approved program support workflows. Public visitors and participant accounts do not see private assessment results.
