HeadsUp Fox Cities empowers former foster youth through transitional housing, personalized mentorship, resource navigation, life-skill development, and community-driven support. Its work is guided by lived experience and built around each young adult's needs, goals, and path toward lasting independence.
The onsite RISE Center adds focused employment-readiness support to that foundation. HeadsUp participants can access tools, practice, feedback, and professional relationships in a setting where they already receive trusted support. The Center also welcomes members of the broader community.

Career exploration, resumes, interview preparation, professional communication, guided practice, and connections with community professionals help turn goals into practical next steps.
Support available through the RISE Center
Participants can use the tools that fit their goals and return for additional support as their needs change.

RISE Center sessions use smaller group sizes so participants have more time for individual attention, guided practice, questions, and direct help with the tools they are working on.

The RISE Center is an onsite resource for HeadsUp Fox Cities participants, bringing employment-readiness tools, smaller-group practice, and individual help into a setting where they already receive trusted support. It is also open to community members of all ages and backgrounds; a connection with HeadsUp is not required to participate.
Participation is flexible: start with one immediate need, build confidence through practice, and return for other tools when the timing is right. Current dates and session details are posted on the events page as they are confirmed.
