Career Climbers is a career-coaching and professional-development practice founded by Bill Ostrum in 2023. It helps people find direction, build confidence, and develop a plan for moving forward in their working lives.

Bill is a recruiter and career coach whose work includes one-to-one coaching, group sessions, and the Basecamp app. Career Climbers places particular emphasis on people whose experiences and perspectives have been overlooked or underrepresented at work.
The focus is personal: understanding where someone is now, helping them communicate their experience, and identifying a useful next step.

Support can include résumé and cover-letter preparation, LinkedIn profiles, interview practice, and communicating your strengths. Coaching is available for people at different stages of their careers.
